When it comes to shows like the ones we offer, you may have some questions about audience size, technical aspects, and other important details. This page will help you speed up the organization of the shows so you can know EXACTLY what you are getting. We try and answer all your questions here on the website! Audience Size?
We want to make sure that everyone is seated or standing comfortably so they can enjoy the show. In all reality, the shows can handle up to 500 people at one time, but we usually never exceed 100.

Age Group?
All of John's shows are appropriate for all ages. When booking one of John's Birthday Magic Shows, we recommend the child to be between the ages of 5-12 (so they are able to help out during the show).

Show Length?
Shows range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on which Birthday Magic Show you choose. They can also be adjusted to fit your schedule if needed.

Set-Up Time?
30-45 minutes of set-up time is needed. The performance space will need to be free of debris and furnture before this time. Preferibly, the audience is not allowed in the performance space during the set-up time. If you would like us to set-up before your event even starts, just let us know! We can do it!

Technical?
All equipment is provided by us. We just ask for 1-2 working power outlets to plug into.

Pricing?
John O'Bryant performs for THOUSANDS of children and familes accross the country every single year. He is a full-time professional magician whose sole purpose is to entertain his audience. And that he does! Although the show may not be the cheapest in town, you will get what you pay for! His shows have a collection of benefits and details that will seemingly "vanish" the competition!

Travel Expenses?
MOST of our clients never pay a travel fee. Click Here for pricing.

Scheduling Process?
It is simple. Once all of your questions are answered, request to be put on the calendar immediately! Dates vanish QUICKLY! We will then send you a booking confirmation via email. The show is scheduled once the confirmation is reviewed and agreed to. A small deposit may also be required upon booking.

Date(s) on HOLD?
We can temporarily place a date on HOLD to ensure that in doesn't get scooped up by someone else while you are making your decision. HOLDS are good for 3 days. We will keep in contact with you when the HOLD time is about to expire.

Deposits?
A small deposit may be required for each birthday party magic show that is scheduled. This deposit can be made by credit/debit card over the phone, through paypal, or by snail mail using a check or money order made out to "John O'Bryant". You will receive a receipt for any transactions made.

Payment?
You can simply catch us as we are packing up after the show. Check, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash are accepted. Please make check payable to "John O'Bryant".
